At The Fresh Collective, we create experiences that bring people together. For over 25 years, we’ve been passionate about exceptional dining and thoughtful event catering, making every occasion feel memorable and personal.

Founded by Peter McCloskey, our company has grown into a team of diverse, talented, and passionate individuals. From chefs and event planners to service team, managers and everyone behind the scenes, each person brings their own skills, creativity and care. We believe every role is equally important, and that we are only as strong as the people who make up our team. By combining everyone’s talents, we craft events that feel seamless, personal and full of heart.

We work across a portfolio of event venues, restaurants, cafés in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney, from iconic cultural spaces to hidden city gems.
