The Fresh Collective delivers exceptional experiences and event catering services across a portfolio of premium event venues, cafés, restaurants and stores in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane. Founded in 1998 by Peter McCloskey, The Fresh Collective employs a team of experts who stand by the company’s values of excellence, innovation and integrity.
The Fresh Collective manages the event catering and services, restaurants and cafés in a number of iconic venues across Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane including: the Museum of Contemporary Art, Queensland Museum, National Portrait Gallery and the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
We care about produce
At The Fresh Collective we care about produce – where is comes from and how it’s farmed. We source produce that is local and seasonal wherever possible and we work with suppliers who farm ethically. Our menus change with the seasons and we have a broad menu offering that works for any style of event from a simple boardroom lunch to a grand banquet with grazing tables and a three course lunch or dinner. Menus can be tailored and bespoke for themed events.
