In 2017 The Fresh Collective was appointed the exclusive caterer at Queensland Museum. Since then, the operation in Brisbane has continued to grow.

Iconic Brisbane Events and Venues

We have established a division in Brisbane operating the cafe outlets and all event spaces within Queensland Museum as well as Coco Republic's L'Americano in Fortitude Valley. The Fresh Collective Brisbane division also looks after various Major Events in Queensland including: Polo by the Sea Gold Coast and Magic Millions.
