The Fresh Collective has a broad experience of working in partnership with venues to deliver and manage café and retail concepts. Fresh currently manages a portfolio of cafés including Café Muse at The Queensland Museum, L ‘Americano at Coco Republic Brisbane, The Gallery Café at the Art Gallery of NSW and Billabong Café at The Australian Museum.
