The Fresh Collective has a broad experience of working in partnership with venues to deliver and manage café and retail concepts. Fresh currently manages a portfolio of cafés including No.10 Store at The Mint, Café Muse at The Queensland Museum, L ‘Americano at Coco Republic Brisbane and the MCA Café at the Museum of Contemporary Art.
