Folio is the new bar at Roslyn Packer Theatre in Sydney’s Walsh Bay Arts Precinct. Inspired by the great theatre bars and speakeasies of New York, it turns the pre-show dash for a drink into a moment worth lingering over. Whether it’s a martini before curtain call, a glass of wine after the final act, or supper shared late into the night, Folio is where the night unfolds.

The menu draws on timeless cocktails, shaped for the modern palate. Every drink has a purpose and personality, designed to feel both familiar and surprising.
